i know you guys probably get reports on your userpages all the time, but this is a situation where i literally have no other choice

there is a user here called smlsmg4nascar2015 who has been spamming groups all over DA with stolen content, both IP and artwork. he will block anybody who tries telling him to stop, and since he's a member of over 300 groups (big red flag there alone...) some of them with inactive admins, nobody can do anything to stop this guy from spamming their groups with stolen work. he's done this to groups i manage and has been active doing this for about 6 months. his account is 2 years old. ive reported literally every stolen pic that has appeared in groups i manage, but somehow he continues to remain active.

since he's pissed off such a large number of people due to spamming over 300 groups, others have also decided to gather concrete information as proof to show the administration of DA. this is the latest list FerrumFlos1st has assembled, showing that smlsmg4nascar2015 is in fact an art and IP thief:
